The FoodxFilm Festival aims to address the future of food both in terms of scarcity and abundance with an eye toward building sustainability, fairness, and systems transformation. Food is the great messenger, an ancient identifier, an ever-arching bridge from the past to the future. We cross these bridges with film—the most powerful storytelling tool of our time. Story communicates knowledge, offers perspectives on our understanding of our world, prescribes how we might treat and see each other, and lets us imagine a better future.
